The process of notarizing a document remotely through the use of electronic signature, identity verification, audio-visual communication.

Click on the ‘Book Now’ button and you will be directed to our calendar where you can choose the day and time that works for you. You will then be contacted via email about the next steps.

  1. Proper identification: The signer(s) must provide valid unexpired united states identification showing proof of identity; drivers license, US passport, or state identification card. Permanent resident card and military ID is currently not accepted.
  2. Electronic device: You will need a smartphone or computer with audio/video capabilities to meet with the notary online in the RON platform. This is a state required regulation.
  3. Strong internet connection: Please make sure your connection is strong before appointment to ensure a smooth experience.
  4. On time arrival: Please make certain that you are prepared before your appointment start time. Being late could result in a rescheduling and cause delays.

$25 deposit is required per booking. Fees are based on number of stamps required, witnesses, and type of documents.

Appointment Deposit:

When scheduling your notary appointment, a deposit of $25 is required to secure your desired time slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your notary service upon completion. The deposit can be paid when booking your service, and the appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Notification of Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services. You can contact us via phone at (612) 570-2519 or email at


A “no show” occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence of a no-show or less than 24 hour cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, therefore, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule.
